Supplemental Education

Apprentices are provided supplemental classroom education based on the unique training needs of each project. This structure, in addition to 125 other competencies taught on-the-job, ensures quality and success.

Learning and Mentorship

Registered Apprenticeships are jobs! Apprentices earn a progressive wage as they move through structured on-the-job training under the instruction of an experienced mentor.

Quality-Focused
Safety Education

Related technical instruction includes such courses as: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, CPR/First Aid/AED, Bloodborne Pathogens, Tower Climbing and Rescue, Rigging and RF Awareness.

Certifications & Credentials

Apprentices earn several certifications through TIRAP’s related instruction courses. Additionally, upon program completion employees will have earned a nationally recognized credential from the U.S. Department of Labor.
